“Yu” is Henan’s historical abbreviation—and a welcome to you. Meet Yu Bistro celebrates Henan’s comforting flavors with a minimalist, modern lens. We source premium meats and grains, pull noodles to order, and simmer broths low and slow. The result is food that feels familiar and fresh at the same time.

Our dining room is intentionally simple: black and white, warm light, honest textures. When the room gets quieter, the food speaks louder.
